The results of a lip tint procedure can last a year, depending on factors such as individual skin type, lifestyle, and proper aftercare.
The discomfort during a lip tint procedure varies based on pain tolerance and technique. Most feel mild to moderate discomfort, but topical numbing agents are applied to minimise it.
The healing time for a lip tint procedure typically varies from person to person. It generally takes around 7-10 days for surface healing and 2 to 3 weeks for complete healing.
Touch-up sessions are typically recommended every 1-2 years to maintain the desired colour and shape. At Tvesate, the package includes two sessions and one touch-up (if needed) spread over a period of three months.
A lip tint involves semi-permanent pigment applied to the lips, providing long-lasting colour. Lipstick, on the other hand, is temporary and requires frequent reapplication.
While lip tint enhances natural colour and shape, some individuals may still choose to use lipstick for added colour or variation. However, using lipstick is not necessary to maintain the appearance/results of the procedure.
